A man took to social media to claim that he received two soap bars instead of an iPhone 12 for 51,999 that he ordered from Flipkart during its Big Billion Days sale. The customer had asked the delivery executive to open the box as he recorded the video. The report suggests that the claim for receiving a soap bar instead of an iPhone is made by a customer named Simranpal Singh. According to Singh, he has received two bars of Nirma soap instead of his iPhone 12 order. The customer has also shared a video on YouTube which shows the unboxing of the product. He refuses to share the OTP with the delivery person otherwise it would have shown that the order is received by the customer.
